  • Engaging our retirement insurance services creates a binding client relationship subject to our service agreements and cancellation terms.
  • Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding their retirement background, insurance needs, and protection objectives.
  • We reserve the right to decline representation in cases of conflicts of interest, incomplete information, or matters outside our expertise.
  • Use of our insurance consultation services and confidential materials must comply with client confidentiality and our usage guidelines.

3. Quality and Scope of Insurance Services

  • We commit to delivering high-quality retirement insurance services with licensed insurance professionals and insurance advisors.
  • The scope and deliverables of each insurance service are defined in the respective service agreements and engagement letters.
  • We reserve the right to make strategic adjustments as long as they do not compromise the fundamental insurance objectives and client interests.
  • Clients are responsible for providing complete information and cooperating with agreed-upon insurance strategies and coverage requirements.

4. Payments and Insurance Service Terms

  • Payment for retirement insurance services is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each service or project.
  • Refunds are provided according to our comprehensive refund policy detailed below.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) of scheduled consultations incur a processing fee of 30% of the consultation cost.
  • No-shows without prior notification will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

5. Refund Policy

At NeoGoldenShieldX, we prioritize client satisfaction and maintain transparent billing practices. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while acknowledging the professional nature of insurance services:

5.1 Initial Consultation and Assessment Period

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund available within 14 days of initial consultation if you are not satisfied with our proposed approach, provided no substantial insurance work has commenced.
  • Assessment Fee: A nominal administrative fee of CHF 250 may be retained from refunds during the assessment period to cover initial consultations and documentation review.

5.2 Ongoing Insurance Services

  • Service-Based Engagements:
    • 80% refund if cancelled before insurance work begins
    • Pro-rata refund based on completed work, less 15% administrative fee
    • No refund once insurance documents have been provided
  • Retainer Services:
    • Unused retainer amounts refunded within 30 days of written notice
    • 10% administrative fee applies to early termination
    • Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice for cancellation

5.3 Special Circumstances

  • Service Quality Issues: Full or partial refunds may be provided if we fail to deliver services as specified in the engagement letter
  • Force Majeure: Pro-rata refunds available if services cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Client Bankruptcy: Refund claims must be filed through appropriate legal channels

5.4 Refund Process

6. Data Protection and Client Confidentiality

  • We handle all personal data and retirement information according to our Privacy Policy and client confidentiality requirements.
  • Clients agree not to share confidential insurance advice and strategies without written authorization from our firm.
  • Recording of insurance consultations or sharing access credentials is prohibited without written permission.
  • We maintain strict compliance with Swiss data protection laws and GDPR requirements.

7. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to legal changes or service improvements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation and communicated to active clients.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Final Provisions

  • Swiss law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions and all insurance service agreements.
  • Switzerland is the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from our insurance services.
  • If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
